I just got back this past weekend from going to the Church Music Festival Concert. It was wonderful! I just happen to be related to 2 of the winners! My dear sister, Rachel, won for the 12th year in a row in the hymn arrangement division for a choir arrangement of "Adam-ondi-Ahman". Her daughter, Emily who is 17, wrote an arrangement for violin and piano of "A Poor Wayfaring Man of Grief". She won in the instrumental division and is the youngest person ever to win the church music contest! Way to go girls!!! We love you! Tuesday, March 10, 2009
